Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you full control over your e-mail box accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one email mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just choose the mailbox you wish to forward mail messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
